Congregational UCC is looking for a creative, relational leader to help shape the next chapter of ministry in our congregation. Someone who loves bringing people together, developing meaningful experiences, helping young people grow, and creating opportunities for people to connect, serve, and belong.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Youth & Family Ministry
Build meaningful relationships with young people and families through gatherings, retreats, service experiences, and engaging programs that help faith and friendships grow.
Community & Belonging
Help newcomers find their place, strengthen relationships across generations, and create opportunities for people to connect and participate in the life of the church.
Mission & Service
Work alongside church leaders and community partners to create hands-on opportunities for people to put their faith and values into action.
Faith Formation & Creativity
Develop small groups, conversations, special events, and experiences that encourage curiosity, spiritual growth, and meaningful community.
Volunteer Leadership
Identify gifts in others, invite people into meaningful roles, and equip volunteer teams to help make ministry happen.

POSITION DETAILS
Full-time preferred | $55,000–$70,000 annually
We are seeking a full-time ministry leader, but welcome applications from gifted candidates who may be interested in a substantial part-time position.
The final position title and specific responsibilities will be shaped in conversation with the selected candidate, reflecting their experience, gifts, and vocational interests alongside the needs of our congregation.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and the agreed scope of the position, with benefits available based on employment arrangements.
