Helping Hands
Helping Hands is for 4th & 5th grade youth. HH usually meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 5-6pm. Helping Hands is the mission oriented youth group. We do a variety of mission projects for the church, the community and perhaps the world. Beginning in September and continuing throughout the year every third Wednesday, the youth will work on projects for Lazarus House Homeless Shelter, Raking for our shut-ins, gardening for our church and other projects. TGIJ – Thank God It’s Jesus
TGIJ is the fellowship group for youth in 6th, 7th and 8th grade. We meet monthly (usually Sunday afternoon) for an activity or a service project. Bowling, trampolining, special meals, pool party, and Feed My Starving Children are a few of the outings! This group is a great deal of fun and all are welcome! Contact Rev. Confirmation
Confirmation is a class program geared towards eighth grade youth, yet is open to older youth who have not been confirmed. Confirmation begins in the fall and concludes with a confirmation service the first weekend of May. Confirmation meets various times throughout the year to help the 8th graders explore their faith. GF – Galilee of Friends
GF is the high school aged youth fellowship which meets weekly on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:15 on days school is in session. Room is open for fellowship at 6:30. All are welcome. GF also has trips, service projects and special events throughout the year. Every Wednesday evening they gather and continue to growth in their faith as they develop a community of Christian friends.
