If you would like to have your stewardship pledge amount directly debited from your bank account on a monthly basis, you may download and print this form, fill it out, and return it to the church office.

2017 Estimate of Giving Card
If you’d like to make your pledge by submitting a paper form, you may download and print one here, fill it out and return it to the church office or place in a sealed envelope marked “2017 estimate of giving” in the offering plate on Sunday.
